Abstract
A Honduran coffee cooperative named COMARCA, backed by training support and loans from various international organizations, has provided more than 100 photovoltaic systems to farmers in the Marcala region alone. According to this informative brochure, each installation is designed to last about 20 years and provides enough electricity to run lights and small appliances for several hours each day.
