Raley's LNG Truck Fleet Start-Up Experience: Alternative Fuel Truck Evaluation Project (Brochure)

The Alernative Motor Fuel Act of 1988 requires the U.S. Department of Energy to demonstrate and evaluate alternative fuels usage in the United States. NREL is conducting this project to compare the operational, maintenance, and emissions performance of alternative fuel and diesel fuel trucks. This report highlights the start-up experience of Raley's Distribution Center in Sacramento, California,the first demonstration site of the project.
