This fact sheet reveals how the use of reflective aluminum chips on rooftops cuts down significantly on heat absorptions, thus decreasing the need for air conditioning. The benefits are substantial, including energy savings that could reach the equivalent of 1.3 million barrels of oil annually for approximately 100,000 warehouses.
