David Hurlbut, Samuel Koebrich

Research output: NRELTechnical Report

Abstract

Cross-border electricity trading (CBET) can reduce costs, improve reliability, and reduce emissions for all participating countries. This report maps the regulatory issues Nepal might address if it elects to develop a national strategy for CBET with its neighbors in South Asia.
