Abstract

This annual progress report summarizes the activities and accomplishments of the Solar Radiation Resource Assessment Project at SERI for the period October 1, 1989, through September 30, 1990. The purpose of the Solar Radiation Resource Assessment Project is to help meet the needs of the public, government, industry, and utilities for solar radiation data, models, and assessments as required todevelop, design, deploy, and operate solar energy conversion systems.
