Abstract
This report describes tests and results of the energy performance of a credit union building in Idaho. The building is in the Energy Edge Program administered by the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). BPA provided incentives to incorporate innovative features designed to conserve energy use by the building. It is of interest to determine the actual performance of these features. The objectiveof this project was to evaluate the applicability of the SERI short-term energy monitoring (STEM) method to nonresidential buildings.
