Abstract

Advancing agrisolar outcomes that are socially acceptable, economically viable for both developers and landowners, and technically sound requires meaningful stakeholder engagement. This chapter discusses the importance of stakeholder engagement in agrisolar research and development, and presents a "Stakeholder Engagement Plan" that suggests key considerations for responsible parties and is intended to promote agrisolar development that is more just, inclusive, and sustainable.
