Abstract
This webinar was delivered in coordination with DOE's Office of State and Community Energy Programs. It provides guidance to State Energy Offices as they prepare to respond to the Administrative and Legal Requirements Document (ALRD) for the State-Based Home Energy Efficiency Contractor Training Grants (part of the Inflation Reduction Act). The focus of this webinar is on Component 1 of the Workforce Development Plan: Residential Energy Workforce Needs Assessment.
