Abstract
This energy management plan was prepared at the request of the Northwest/Arctic Region of the General Services Administration. This plan is intended to be a roadmap for financial and environmental decisions about sustainable and energy-saving practices at GSA facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
