Abstract
This Technical Assistance Projects fact sheet describes the Weatherization Intergovernmental Program which provides state and local officials quick access to experts at DOE national laboratories for assistance with crosscutting renewable energy and energy efficiency policies and programs. The document also lists examples of recent projects and simple applications instructions.
