Abstract

This report is an overview of a five-part study that has explored a means for tracking the benefits of NREL research, developed a system based upon the perceptions of users of that research, and concluded with a full-scale survey of such users. The study demonstrates that NREL researchers strongly support the function of technology transfer leading to successful commercialization of NRELtechnology.
