Abstract

To study the morphology, microstructure and the CdS/CdTe interface as a function of deposition parameters and post deposition heat treatment, TEM, AEM, and secondary ion mass spectrometry were used. The work clearly demonstrate the effects and importance of heat treatment on CdS/CdTe solar cell structures.
