Abstract

The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) collaborated in a strategic partnership to advance federal critical infrastructure resilience and develop a Resilience Framework to apply across the DHS enterprise. The partnership also established resilience performance metrics and monitoring guidelines, identified best practices for resilience technologies and solutions, and provided technical support.
