Abstract
A tunable circuit for a capacitively tunable capacitor device is provided. The tunable circuit comprises a tunable circuit element and a non-tunable dielectric element coupled to the tunable circuit element. A tunable capacitor device and a method for increasing the figure of merit in a tunable capacitor device are also provided
