Abstract
Through such forums as the recent Program Review XV, DOE's Geothermal Program continues to explore how it can best assist industry during the transition leading to utility restructuring. This issue also looks at recent advances in drilling technologies and the Senate workshops that have delved into the subject of utility deregulation, which is designed to give the consumer more choice inpurchasing electric power.
