Abstract

As part of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)-National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) Young Leaders Workforce Training Program in Colombia, Empresa de Energia de Boyaca (EBSA) participants leveraged their training and professional experience to develop an electric mobility and transition action plan for their organization. This case study provides and overview of the technical assistance that USAID-NREL provided to EBSA to inform their fleet transition decision making process.
